One stack, three surfaces
A shared React/Node core powering a web dashboard, a React Native mobile app and an automated contact center — so a message, appointment or care action stays in sync everywhere.
A HIPAA-compliant patient-support platform that automates pharmaceutical operations and drives engagement through AI-powered interactions — web, mobile and an AI contact center in one stack.

mHealthCoach helps healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations stay connected to patients between visits. I built the customer-facing web and mobile apps alongside an AI-powered contact center, all engineered to move sensitive health data without ever stepping outside HIPAA boundaries.
Patient engagement in pharma is fragmented — reminders live in one tool, messaging in another, scheduling in a third, and none of them talk to each other. Care teams burn hours on manual coordination while patients fall through the cracks.
On top of that, every byte of patient data is regulated. The platform needed to feel as fluid as a consumer messaging app while satisfying HIPAA controls on storage, transport and access.

OpenAI-driven interactions handle routine patient questions and triage, escalating to humans on anything clinical — cutting contact-center load without removing the human safety net.
Encrypted transport, scoped access roles and audited data flows were designed in from the first commit, not bolted on — the architecture assumes regulated data by default.
I build AI-native SaaS, healthcare products, marketplaces and internal platforms from first commit to launch.
